Haven – new launch in Dubai

Aldar Properties, the UAE capital's largest developer, has announced the launch of Haven in Dubailand. The planned community houses an extensive array of high-end residences, such as 3-4 bedroom Park Haven townhouses, 3-5 bedroom Serene villas and 4-6 bedroom Elite Haven villas.

The properties will be equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable living environment. The layouts will include a maid's room, walk-in closets, a private garden, a storage room, a terrace and more.

As of October 2023, the starting price for a residence in Haven stands at AED 2.5M (USD 680K). If you wish, you can make use of the advantageous payment plan offered by the developer. There is a 60/40 plan for Park Haven townhouses and Serene villas, whilst a 70/30 payment plan is provided for the Elite Haven villas. The booking fee in each case is 5%.
