Homeowners of the residential complex also will be able to benefit from an easy commute in and around Dubai, as the master plan of Emaar Beachfront includes the construction of a monorail system with links to Bluewaters Island and Jumeirah, alongside water boat stations. Meanwhile, a pedestrian bridge with a running and cycling track will run alongside the entire community and will connect to the iconic Palm Jumeirah.
It is worth noting that the development of the Emaar Beachfront is being built in Dubai Creek, which will be the largest marina in the region. Spanning across 20 million sq. ft, it will provide 1,100 berths and two cruise terminals. Once the area is fully completed, it will house an events area, retail stores, restaurants, public services and offices.
