Overview

The apartment was bought during construction for the owner’s own use and then redesigned from the developer’s plan. Materials were upgraded and the layout reworked, which is why the finishes and proportions differ from the rest of the building. Two units were merged into a single home of approximately 204 sqm. Each of the three bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom — a configuration rarely available in this size class in Vienna. The interior is loft-styled: clean lines, restrained materials, full-height doors, and bathroom fixtures by the Dutch brand Jee-O. A recent new-build, never lived in, the apartment faces both a quiet inner courtyard and the street, so light comes from two sides while the bedrooms stay away from traffic.
