Your Responsibilities

  • Motivating, leading, and supporting the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Managing and monitoring sales performance, ensuring continuous achievement of KPIs

  • Acting as the main point of contact for real estate agents, providing support with transactions and negotiations

  • Coordinating communication between the sales and marketing teams to align strategies

  • Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies for the luxury real estate market

  • Supporting onboarding, coaching, and ongoing training of team members

  • Preparing regular sales reports and presenting performance analyses to management

  • Collaborating with external partners, agents, and stakeholders to expand market presence

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, ideally in the premium segment (residential and commercial properties)

  • Proven leadership experience in managing a sales team (5–10 people)

  • Strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, including coaching and motivation

  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written

  • Proficient in using common real estate platforms (e.g., Immounited, Justimmo, etc.) as well as CRM systems

Our Offer

The compensation package includes a fixed salary and a performance-based commission model. Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
