About the project

Louvre Abu Dhabi Residences is a luxury complex with studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments that provide a lifestyle inspired by art and culture. The project was implemented by Aldar Properties, an Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer known for having built several iconic residential complexes. The company is considered to be one of the most trusted and recognised developers in the emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The complex was developed in collaboration with the Louvre Abu Dhabi, which is the first partnership of its kind. The project is currently under construction and the handover date is scheduled for Q1 of 2025.
Properties feature spacious balconies and terraces with beautiful views of the Louvre Abu Dhabi, as well as the Persian Gulf. Units have modern fittings and high-end interior finishes. In addition, residents can enjoy exclusive artwork located throughout the complex.
