Helix in Salzburg is nearly complete

The Helix is a highly-anticipated commercial project, located next to Ikea at the beautiful Europark shopping centre in Salzburg. Designed by Kadawittfeldarchitektur architectural firm, it will offer approximately 194k sq. ft of usable space, with two-thirds of that dedicated to offices. Additionally, the project includes a 120-room design hotel with exhibition areas and catering facilities. Developers Planquadr.at, in partnership with Soravia and Mayweg Immobilien, are the experts behind this impressive project.

Mark Petrisch from Planquadr.at revealed that two-thirds of the office space has already been leased, with an additional 15% in the final stages of negotiation. Tenants include Uniqa, a leading insurance group, Warema, a sun and weather protection manufacturer, Gira, a smart home specialist, as well as various technology companies, doctor’s groups and an advertising agency. 

The design hotel, operated by Marriott Bonvoy, will serve as a space for conferences and seminars. Furthermore, the project includes fitness facilities and a floating garden accessible to the public within the oval structure. Completion of Helix is expected in the second half of this year.
