Ansam

Ansam is a residential complex located in Abu Dhabi. The project was developed by Aldar Properties and consists of 12 buildings, each with six to eight levels. The development is situated in the western part of Yas Island near the coastline, Yas Links Golf Course, and other world-class entertainment venues.

The buildings were designed using an Andalusian style featuring pitched tiled roofs, which are common architectural elements found in Spain. Canopies and arches are represented in the facades, and buildings have windows that open and balconies. The design of the complex fits in seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, which includes an abundance of flowers and green gardens.

Properties are spacious and were designed in such a way that residents can freely arrange furniture and accessories according to their personal preferences and tastes. Bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and some apartments have walk-in closets in the master bedrooms. Bathrooms and kitchens are equipped with countertops, accessories, high-quality cabinets, and sinks. Double glazed windows provide protection from extreme heat during the summer months.
